Where is Decormaker located?

Decormaker is located in Pazhou area of Guangzhou, China, close to the Canton Fair.

What types of products do you produce?

We offer a rich selection of seasonal decorations, particularly Christmas, Spring and Easter decorations, including indoor and outdoor items.

Do you sell products directly to the consumers?

​No, Decormaker is a designer and manufacturer, serving only business customers. We export and distribute our products to international customers, including importers, department stores, chain stores, supermarkets, hypermarkets, wholesalers and trading companies. We do not sell products directly to consumers. is not a retail website. This website is only for our customers to browse our products online and facilitate placing orders.

Does Decormaker have a showroom?

Yes, we established a 700-square-meter showroom in the Pazhou area, 700 meters from the Canton Fair. It makes it easy for our customers to experience our products during the fair.

How can I visit the showroom?

The showroom is open year-round from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Please contact our customer service team to make an appointment. You can browse our latest samples at any time of the year when you visit Guangzhou. During the Canton Fair, our showroom remains open until midnight. Clients can still visit us after the fair is closed by requesting our pick-up service.


How do I become a Decormaker customer?

You can apply for a User ID account by completing our online registration form. It takes us 1-2 working days to check and send you a confirmation letter, after which you can log in and browse our entire product line. Select those items you are interested in by click the "Add to cart" button under the item, which you want to know about its price. When you have completed your selection, please submit the inquiry form online. Our customer service team will contact you and email you the price sheet. You are also welcome to visit our booths at trade fairs/exhibitions in this industry, such as Canton Fair, Christmasworld... etc.

How to select products and make inquiry on line?

Easy! At the page of "OUR PRODUCTS" or at a certain theme collection page, while you view many small photos, you can select some interesting products into the inquiry cart by clicking the "Add to Inquiry" green button. At a certain single product page, click the "Add to inquiry" button to select this product to the inquiry cart. Then you can continue to view other products, or go to "INQUIRY CART" > "VIEW CART" to review your selection, delete those products you don't want at last. After that, please press "PROCEED TO SUBMIT YOUR INQUIRY LIST" button to submit the inquiry list, you will see "Your request of inquiry has been successfully submitted!" to confirm that the procedure is finished. We will send you an email with quotation sheet as soon as possible.

How to review my historical inquiry products?

After you select some items to make an inquiry, this website will keep the records for you. Go to [MY ACCOUNT]> ORDERS, all your history inquiry are listed here.


What is your price terms?

​Normally we quote prices under FOB terms, if you need CNF or CIF prices, please contact our customer service team.

What are Decormaker's payment terms?

We accept L/C at sight for order value over USD30,000.00, or 30% deposit by T/T before production and 70% T/T before shipment or against copy of B/L. D/P is not acceptable.

What is MOQ quantity?

MOQ(Minimum order quantity) depends on items. For the reason of material organization, normally for big size items or with a value of over US$2.00, MOQ is approx 720pcs each style each color. For small items such as tree ornaments, it may need to be 1000~1200pcs each style each color. Please discuss the quantity with us by item, we always try to help.

Do you accept small amount order?

The prices we quoted are based on container quantity shipment. Customers can mix multiple items in a container. We accept Loose Cargo order with quantity above MOQ, even if total volume could not fulfill a container. Please note that in case the shipment value is less than US$8000, a surcharge of US$500 may have to be added to the invoice to balance the exporting fee.

Do you accept OEM order?

Customer designs are welcome. We can produce collection lines by customer designs or samples. The whole production line will be exclusively customized for the particular customer. Decormaker would not display or sell these products to any other buyer.


What is lead-time of production?

Usually lead-time is 50-70 days, but if the customer confirms his/her order during peak time of production (1st April ~ 30th June), the lead-time could be longer.

Where is your delivery port?

The delivery port could be Yantian, Shenzhen or Huangpu, Guangzhou. If you to delivery from other Chinese ports, please contact our customer service team.
